Mytruvo needed more than a storefront — it needed the machinery behind one. Orders, inventory, content, payments, and shipping all had to run through a single coherent system that a small team could actually operate.
I designed and built the platform end to end: a fast customer-facing store, a custom admin CRM for order and catalogue management, and a blog engine for content-led growth. Razorpay handles payments; Delhivery integration automates fulfilment from order to doorstep.
Everything ships from one codebase, so a product update, a price change, or a new post is minutes of work — not a ticket to an agency.
